You’ll deal with pricing, customer service and be a bit of an all-rounder when Information technology comes to coordinating online & phone/email product orders. About the function The key overarching purpose of this function is to support the Sales and in house dispatch team working as the key point of contact between sales and the dispatch departments - from assisting customers and clients with product pricing options, placing large value orders on behalf of customers, following up with freight forwarders and ensuring delivery timelines are being met. this function will see you working out of the Auckland head office and showroom and will require you to assist with incoming customers within the showroom from time to time, so excellent personal presentation is a must . About You: As the prosperous candidate for this function you must have: • Solid practice working in a Customer Service Management function • Strong exposure to the logistics/inventory side of Customer Services • Exceptional customer service expertise • Excellently presented • Passion for beautiful things - interiors and textiles are something you can get passionate about • Always able to make a polished first impression with clients both in presentation and demeanour face to face and over the phone.
