This well-established, public sector client has a great culture and you will be joining a high-volume, dynamic team. tasks Include: » Timely, accurate processing of Accounts Payable, using SAP, reconciliation of supplier statements, liaison with external stakeholders » Ensure accurate processing of Vendors, maintaining up to date details, ensuring information is correct and preparation of consolidation of invoices » Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any unpaid invoices on a regular basis » Accounts receivable processing, creation of credit notes and refund requests, liaison with internal/external stakeholders » Provision of project cost analysis and reporting to Managers and Team Leaders Desired practice: » Excellent communication, quick learner with a good capability to spot issues » practice in Purchase Orders - knowledge ofgoods receipts, approval and applying an invoice to the Purchase Order » Technically minded, compuer literate across the MS Suite and organised » Intermediate level MS Excel expertiseet, with practice in V-Look Ups, Pivot Tables and Formulas » practice in a similar Financial Administration/Coordination function If you are interested, please APPLY NOW!
