About our group and team The Early Learning and Student Achievement (ELSA) Group sets the system-level learning for every child and student. Working between policy and customer facing functions, there is a significant political, stakeholder and public interest in the high performance of this group and the education curriculum and teaching workforce results we seek for New Zealand. Within ELSA, the Pathways and Progress group is to set the direction for what students learn, how they progress and how school leaders and teachers can achieve that for every child and student across school years 1 to 13. The group uses evidence and educational trends to design targeted solutions, resources, tools and services that lift educational achievement for all. The group co-designs and codevelops innovative approaches to achieve policy intentions, plans prosperous implementation strategies and monitors to ensure a return on investment. About this function The Te Reo Maori Content Adviser supports the design of teaching and learning curriculum resources to support students and lift achievement. About you We are seeking for a Te Reo Maori Content Adviser with the following capabilities: » Fluent in Te Reo Maori » Knowledge and practice of publishing channels, including online channels » practice with content loading and content lifecycle management (creation/writing, publishing, review, updating, removing etc) across a wide variety of content types » HTML and CSS coding expertise » Familiarity with website reporting tools, such as Google Analytics » Knowledge of the education sector » knowledge of the New Zealand Curriculum, Te Marautanga o Aotearoa and Te Whariki Are you ready to make a difference?
