Service Delivery AdvisorJob location:Wellington Wellington Central Work Type: Permanent » » » »Wellington CBD »Permanent »Flexi work in the house The function • The function of the Service Delivery Advisor is to focus on customer practice and promote accessibility, particularly in relation to the delivery and coordination of public transport services. • The Service Delivery Advisor will represent and maintain relationships with bus and ferry operators to support the design and delivery of bus and ferry services. • You will support and lead where appropriate the resolution of complex customer service delivery issues. You will also pro-actively participate in the development, implementation and management of operational performance and customer safety improvement initiatives. tasks • Focus on improving our relationships with local councils and other stakeholders • Champion accessibility and diversity • Demonstrate a commitment to te reo M?ori me ona tikanga • Provide frameworks and process improvement to service delivery • Promoting sustainable resource management including making effective and efficient use of resources available to the Group expertise & practice • Proven relationship management practice • Excellent organisational expertise • Strong analytical and practical problem-solving expertise • An interest and knowledge of accessibility or the transport sector would be advantageous • Outstanding communications expertise both written and verbal How to Apply?
