In NZ they are the Number 1 manufacturer in the Baking Needs and Toppings subcategories. They are continuing to grow and need you to give the ultimate customer service and vendor replenishment experience, and ideally have FMCG experience.
Your day would consist of:
   » Developing and maintaining existing customer relationships with your friendly personality
   » Accountable for Industrial/Foodservice accounts
   » Data Entry of all orders in ERP system
   » Customer Enquiries
   » Allocation management process
   » Month and Year End processes to be executed
   » Evaluating KPIs (Case Fill, DIFOT)
   » Manage transport records
   » Responsible for managing Claims and Credit Notes
   » Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reporting
To be considered you should have:
   » Strong Excel skills
   » Good understanding of the FMCG industry (minimum 2 years)
   » Excellent communication both written and verbal
   » Analytical, priority driven, calm under pressure
   » Team Player
   » Great attention to detail and good planning skills
   » Positive and vibrant personality
   » No criminal history
   » Full NZ Drivers Licence
   » NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident
