Are you a computer-savvy individual who enjoys talking to a wide range of people on a day-to-day basis? We have an opportunity available for an Office Administrator/Receptionist with an immediate start to assist our global client with their clients and account managers with their day-to-day requirements in their office based on the North Shore.

As part of the role, you will be required to :
   » Become the face of our New Zealand office - welcome/greet and assist visitors to the office (Managing sign-in/sign-out process)
   » Arrange requirements (including catering) and manage preparations for meetings
   » Maintain a clean and enjoyable working environment across all areas of the office
   » In charge of attending to our main office line and office email, mainly to liaise with all external parties including clients, suppliers and vendors.
   » Organise and arrange the set-up for new employees, including desk and IT equipment
   » Organize travel arrangements and accommodation for employees' Business Trips
   » Support MD's schedule arrangement and expense processing
   » Company website/social media management
   » Handle office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations and provide general support to all employees
   » Coordinate office activities - such as monthly internal presentations and company events

To be considered for the role, you will need to have:
   » 1-2 years of previous experience in a similar role,
   » Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
   » Pay strong attention to detail and has strong communication skills
   » Possess excellent interpersonal, time management and problem-solving skills
   » Strong verbal and written English skills (Korean speaking would be an advantage)
   » Has energetic and positive personality with the ability to self-motivate
   » A problem solver and an organized team player with excellent work ethics
