The function also provides assistance recruitment processes and general back-up administrative support and customer service for the business unit. Te Poutama ?rahi Rangatahi provides a comprehensive and integrated therapeutic residential treatment programme for adolescent males identified to be at high risk of repeating sexually abusive behaviours and have been referred by Oranga Tamariki from all over New Zealand. The residence, situated on the outskirts of Christchurch, is responsible for the education, therapy and accommodation/care to assist youth establish non-abusive lifestyles.
