A genuine, honest and motivated personality who has a thorough knowledge within this industry, is the ideal candidate. This is a hard working but very enjoyable environment that nurtures excellence and provides growth and opportunity. You will be willing to put your attention and time to any tasks delegated to you, to pick up the over-flow from the team when needed and be an excellent communicator.
