Role & Responsibilities
Working closely alongside the operations and training teams, the purpose of your role will be to provide solutions for your clients learning and development needs. This will be achieved through creating outstanding relationships and supporting the end-to-end delivery of these courses.
Responsibilities include;
   » Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships within customers. Provide excellent support, responding to and resolving issues and queries from clients in a timely manner
   » Support the end-to-end customer experience for the qualification sign up, support and development of operational plans to promote the learning and development tools, qualifications, and workplace programmes to clients
   » Schedule and conduct visits with clients with a focus on supporting the best customer experience.
   » Work closely with the Delivery Team (& wider team) to support the identification of leads and the conversion of opportunities to contribute to further growth and engagement with the business
   » Establish and maintain appropriate files, records, contacts, opportunities, pipeline forecasting through CRM
Who is our ideal candidate?
We are on the hunt for a commercially driven individual who takes pride in what they do. Experience working within a B2B format with clients is desired, along with a positive and flexible attitude. This role requires the use of a variety of systems along with the ability to understand the technical features of each course and share these with clients. Overall, to be successful in this role you need to have a passion for networking and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
