Fundamentally this function involves;
   » Customer service
   » Answering inbound inquiries over the phone and via email
   » Troubleshooting
   » Providing level one technical support
   » Supportive team environment
   » $48,000 per annum
   » Monday to Friday
   » Rotating roster between hours of 7 am - 7 pm
   » Located in Thorndon but to move out to Johnsonville later this year.
About You:
   » practice in Windows 10 and networking systems
   » A genuine passion for Information technology and delivering excellent customer service
   » Previous customer service practice in retail, hospitality or contact centre essential
   » Right to work in New Zealand
