Join a very tenanted team who specialise in international sales and marketing enterprise in the dairy industry. This is a rare opportunity to join a global company that has a very tight-knit family feel. They pride themselves on their great work environment and love a laugh and banter all over the day. This is a small and dynamic team, so you will be gaining practice with a wide variety of tasks.
About the function:
This export administration function holds a range of variety. Information technology is either a full-time position or the company would consider someone part time if they had the right practice and could hit the ground running. You will ideally have your customs pin and have practice with MPI interactions. In this function you will be working with the NZ market as well as international. The company has not slowed down and is very exciting time to come on board.
As you will be working within a very practiced team there are loads of opportunities to grow your expertiseet with a range of support provided.
You will be:
- Using a range of systems including excel, pro doc and MYOB.
- You will be processing shipping documents and liaising with customer, suppliers, and providers both in NZ and internationally.
- Ensuring all suppliers information is up to date.
- Communicating with suppliers through email and over the phone to ensure things are running to deadline.
- Following up on orders and preparing export documentation
- Process sales and inventory transactions
About you:
Are you looking for a function where you can jump in and add instant value? As you will be working directly with the management team, being flexible and adaptable is key, as well as being able to work collaboratively across all team members. Being down to earth, dedicated, professional and be wanting to put your hands up for any tasks are they key characteristics for you to succeed in this function!
- You will ideally have a customer pin.
- Enjoy working in a collaborative team.
- 3 + years’ practice working in an export admin or similar function.
- Intermediate level with excel.
- Be able to travel occasionally within NZ (few times a year).
