They aim to support and help with any Information technology related issues relating to office printers to 3D printers. As a global technology provider, they aim high and provide the best service to their customers and team. The function Reporting to the pre-sales manager, a key part of this function is providing technical direction and articulation for the client’s product portfolio. As the technical pre-sales consultant works alongside the sales and operations team to make sure internal and external customers’ expectations are met. tasks - Ensuring requirements and services are delivered on time and with the best service - Work with the sales team, providing proposals, presentations, and meetings - Supporting the high volume 'Transactional' located Pre-Sales requests- both internal and external - Drive and help to create Ricoh’s DS portfolio. This includes bringing on new clients - Communicating with customers and clients to gather information and to showcase the clients’ products - Develop and maintain product expertise.
