Background
This client has a lot going on, so is seeking an practiced co-ordinator and administrator versed in facilities management and engineering related projects. The function Reporting through to an accomplished Operations Manager, your function will be to primarily manage data and other technical information to ensure all assets function optimally and that any issues are immediately passed on to be rectified. As projects are completed, you'll be responsible for ensuring all significant data is captured, stored, and reported on. And of course on a day-to-day basis, maintaining all support documentation and communication during each and every project. Requirements We're likely after someone who has at least 10 years practice in this sort of function, although a very prosperous track record outside FM prior to some practice in FM will be favourably considered. You will have advanced level of Microsoft office suite of products.
