What are we looking for in a Resturant / Cafe all Rounder ? We require this person to have: -Previous practice in a similar Restaurant/Bar preferred but not required -Confidence in communicating both with guests and colleagues -The capability to multitask whilst working in a fast-paced busy environment -A passion for providing outstanding hospitality this function may include an opportunity to participate in the South Westland Jobs For Nature Conservation and Tourism programme where normal work hours are insufficient.
