Our Hastings site is seeking a Workplace Administrator to join us on a permanent basis. At Oranga Tamariki, we believe that in the right environment, with the right people surrounding and nurturing them, any child can and should flourish. » Permanent » On-going coaching, support, and professional development » Excellent benefits » Support in learning Te Reo (voluntary) This is a busy and varied function with a real focus on delivering great customer service through administration that supports our clients, visitors, and staff members. You will be responsible for a range of administration tasks including (but not limited to), assisting social work teams in managing client financial plans, maintaining reports, producing reports for management, keeping updated records on our information system database, and producing Court lists and filing documents. Strong customer service expertise and organisational expertise is the key to success. You will also bring your problem-solving capability and enjoy communicating with people and positively manage internal and external business relationships confidently.
