Do you enjoying one-on-one EA support functions and thrive in a fast-paced commercial environment?   We are pursuing a highly organised Executive adjunct to commence a temporary assignment.   The function will provide a mix of EA and project support to a busy senior executive.   Use your expertise and skills to hit the ground running and add value instantly.
Key responsibilities include:
   » Diary management and meeting scheduling
   » Email monitoring
   » Travel arrangements
   » Project support
   » Events coordination
To be prosperous in this function, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
   » Proven practice as an Executive adjunct supporting senior executives
   » Professional stakeholder relationship management skills
   » Strong technical skills and expertise of the Microsoft suite and using video conference tools
   » Proactive and capability to anticipate needs
   » High level of organisational skills and capability to meet deadlines
   » Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
   » practice in project support
