Significant and broad, this project involves the implementation of new software across a vast institution and will cover a range of functions that encompass human resources, management and financial functions. As with such a project, Information technology requires a Project Manager who has a diverse knowledge of HR, financial and ideally, educational sectors. this function will encompass several key responsibilities including: » Review and execute and project work plans » Manage project budgets and day-to-day operational aspects » Ensure Organisational Change Management initiatives are managed all over the project » Ensure accurate project documentation » Review and monitor deliverables and seek opportunities for improvement to increase user satisfaction and strengthen client relationships To be prosperous in this function, we are seriously considering candidates with the following attributes and qualities: » Proven project management practice » knowledge of the full lifecycle implementation and upgrade practice in large scale HCM projects » capability to work with the development team around rollouts of new functionality and aligning with project expectations » practiced with Payroll, Time and Attendance and HR projects » Project management practice (PMI or PRINCE2 an advantage) » practice in managing teams, project budgets and client relationships » Thrives on being across all aspects of their projects and addresses risks and issues before they become problems » knowledge of the full lifecycle implementation and upgrade practice in large scale HCM projects If you are a driven and motivated professional that is looking to join a great and talented team, then we would like to hear from you.
