The function As a Workforce Systems consultant you’ll identify and recommend systems improvements and manage or execute test protocols as required. You’ll research and investigate complex Workforce Systems issues (Environment and Process) by engaging with vendor community groups/forums to recommend solutions or alternative methods to meet the requirements of the business. As well as establish, develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. expertise and practice: » Minimum of 5-6 years’ practice in a HR systems analyst or System Consultant » expertise of HR business processes and information reporting » Strong technical specification/report writing expertise » Strong expertise in data analysis and project tools » Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint Outlook) » practice in the implementation and use of HR information and payroll systems, in particular SAP SuccessFactors (EC, RMC, RMK, Learning) » Strong and clear communication On offer - full time permanent function - 1 day a week at Auckland CBD office and rest can be working remotely.
