We're looking for a producer to headBoosted, the crowdfunding platform for New Zealand artists and creatives that sits with our client, The Arts Foundation Te Tumu Toi.Boosted exists to connect creatives with their giving communities as they crowdfund their projects. With a mentorship approach to creatives, our team are on the ground, talking to artists and creatives on a everyday basis about how to market their projects and make the ask for support. As the Boosted producer, you'll be on a fixed term contract as maternity leave cover. You'll have a love for the arts and creativity. You'll know your way around CMS, have practice in reporting, budget and partnership management, as well as an innovative and ambitious approach to everything you do. You'll be working alongside our Boosted coordinator, managing the platform, superviseing all Boosted administration and key partnerships, sourcing funding, delivering campaigns and developing the platform for creatives of Aotearoa. You'll also be helping artists in Aotearoa full their mahi. You'll be: » Working for an innovative national arts philanthropy agency » Managing and administering the day-to-day running of the Boosted platform (that means using the back end of the website) » Assisting arts projects, organisations and individual artists to develop and design prosperous crowdfunding campaigns » Be responsible for all reporting and analysing of web, social and growth statistics » Manage, grow and develop key stakeholder relationships » Grow use of the Boosted platform through attracting new users and delivering campaigns » Manage large campaigns to grow the market of creatives and donors using Boosted Brown Bread is known for bringing in younger and unlikely givers to the arts - through crowdfunding, encouraging business to give, and other alternative revenue streams.
