About

Our client is a global property group located in the heart of Auckland's CBD. Due to an internal secondment, they are looking for a Receptionist to join their team on a 12 month fixed term contract.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. The income for the function is $65,000.

Job responsibilities:
   » Front facing function for the business, meeting and greeting visitors
   » Answering and transferring phone calls
   » Organising couriers and internal mail
   » Keeping kitchen area clean and tidy (includes sorting dishwasher twice a day)
   » Booking meeting rooms
   » Editing proposal documents
   » Assisting with scanning and photocopying 
   » Administration support to the Executive adjunct

   » Excellent communication expertise
