The function

• Public Sector Client looking for customer service focused candidates with a desire to move into an I.T function.
• Be an integral part of a team focused on supporting a State sector wide objective to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of government, ensuring Information technology has the resilience, capcapability and values that underpin organisational success.
• Be responsible for fix on first contact by providing technical advice, remote user support, and great customer service to end users of the services.
• Join a customer centric adaptable team with a can-do attitude and a real desire to help people.
• Opportunity for Somebody with strong customer service expertise looking for their first I.T function to build solid technical expertise across a variety of I.T tools and environments.

expertise & practice

• Must be located in New Zealand and have full working rights
• Competent working practice in a customer service function with an interest in I.T - within a Public Sector environment is beneficial but not essential.
• Must be driven by a strong customer service focus and an enjoyment in solving real problems for customers. • Must have a strong desire to lgain new expertise, tools and systems, and be a team player who wants to contribute positively.
• Demonstrated practice or expertise of Microsoft Cloud services, especially O365 products is desirable however not required
• practice with the following is beneficial – Active Directory, SCCM, Exchange on Prem or Exchange On Line, ServiceNow, Hardware and Software/Application Troubleshooting, Blackberry/Intune or other mobility management.
• capability to hold a national clearance if required
