They are seeking an experienced Management Accountant, to join the accounts team at their office in Richmond. The core skills and experience required for this role are: » Advanced analytical thinking and problem solving. Clear and logical strategic thinking and planning capability, with the ability to work through complexity. » A thorough understanding and practical knowledge of accounting systems and processes, a strong accounting fundamentals and experience to lead finance team » Proactive, ability to take an active role in adding value to different areas of business. » Adaptable and motivation to provide outstanding service and support. » Ambitious, strong desire and determination to success » Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Your role will include but not limited to » Responsible for the preparation of financial information in a timely and accurate manner, including monthly management accounts and annual financial statements. » Provide leadership and direction to the accounts team to ensure the quality of outputs and timelines. » Preparation and provision of quarterly and yearly budgets » Ensure the company administration and tax compliance requirements are met. » Provide support and assistance to the Finance & Commercial Manager, and the wider management team.
