About the Employer :

This is an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Manager looking to work in a consultative and proactive function. Information technology is an amazing opportunity for someone who has practice in compliance, health and safety, HR or senior administration and is seeking the next step in their career.
The person must be a natural leader, down to earth and be able to work independently as well as in a team. The ideal candidate must be a good listener who can work alongside other team members to provide support and supervision to ensure compliance standards are of top quality. The function will include managing an existing client base whilst ensuring the key performance indicators in health, safety, environment, and quality are implemented. They need to have strong administration and documentation expertise.
Responsibilities included in the function:
   » Regular client visits to ensure health and safety requirements are up to standard
   » Excellent time management and administration expertise
   » Working collaboratively with the operational managers to ensure they are applying health and safety procedures to a high standard
   » Supporting the onboarding of new and existing colleagues to make sure they meet the health and safety expectations
   » Maintaining reporting and documentation in a timely manner
Requirements:
   » Strong communication expertise.
   » High levels of organisational and self-management expertise.
   » NZ full drivers’ licence.
   » 3 years’ practice in the work force.
