We’re looking for a number of team members to help us during our busiest period, so we can keep making delicious wine for NZ and the world. We work hard to get all the grapes in and processed into wine so we can get Information technology out the door to NZ and international shelves. Typically, our vintages run from late Feb/early March to mid April. The functions Cellar Hands / Labourers Ready to get stuck in? We need people with a can-do, will-do attitude, motivation and availability to learn. You need to be physically fit and reliable, as you’ll be working in a very fast-paced environment with other highly motivated team members. practice is advantage, but we’ll give you all the training you need to be prosperous. Cellar managers / Team Leaders Have practice as a Cellar Team Leader? Maybe you’ve supervised a team in agriculture or manufacturing? Or maybe you’re a sports team captain? Whatever the practice, we can train you in all things winery and cellar related! Working a winery vintage is not an easy task - we work long hours, and it’s an extremely fast-paced environment. Everyone needs to stay on task, on time and work together – that’s where your leadership abilities expertise come in. if you can get the best out of their team and motivate them to achieve the tight deadlines, have strong communication expertise, are great at building motivation, get in touch with us today! Vintage Forklift Operators Do you have forklift practice? Maybe practice with a loader/digger? Or perhaps you’ve been a port worker? As long as you have practice with machinery and can easily get a ‘OSH’ & ‘F’ endorsement, we want to hear from you! Kitchen Hands We need people to help fuel our team over vintage 2022! Kitchen practice is preferred, but attitude, motivation and a availability to lgain are most important - training will be provided to the right candidate.
