Medical Administrator/PA - up to $70kJob location:Auckland Auckland Central Work Type: Permanent » » » »Private clinical setting »Varied function with internal relief »8 hour day (7.30am to 8.30am start Mon - Fri) The Position To provide office administration assistance and support, enabling the best possible practice for the patient in a busy clinical setting with surgical procedures carried out onsite. • A varied function fulfilling customer service and administration tasks • Face to face patient contact • Excellent telephone expertise • Patient data entry • knowledge of journal entry and printing of invoices and credit entry • Receipting • Personal adjunct to Surgeons, relief support • Reception relief • Typing for clinical Manuals and Policy documents • Collating Audits • Newsletter publication You • Will have a strong Medical Administration interest • Love variety, be flexible, not too structured • An obliging ‘can-do’ person who can be ‘their own Boss’ • Prior phone, customer service, office and typing practice • Attitude and fit will secure this terrific and quite special function!
