We have a Rental Representative/Vehicle Groomer function available. This job is definitely not your typical 9 to 5 desk bound function and We are pursuing a reliable person with great work ethic, who is honest, hard working, fit and enjoys working in all weather conditions. Working as part of a small team we require "the ultimate multitasker for the rental representative/vehicle groomer function". Ideally a person who is both practical and office orientated would be perfect! The Rental Representative/Vehicle Groomer function involves working both in the office and groomer/driving. Information technology will offer a range of tasks including but not limited to dealing with customers, processing rental agreements, handling telephone enquiries, reservation, ensuring all vehicles are properly prepared for our customers and our fleet is continually maintained to our expectations and safely levels. This includes cleaning exterior and interior of vehicles, checking all tyres, oil, water, damage, cut and polishing etc. Other tasks include delivering vehicles. We are seeking for a person with an outgoing friendly personality who is reliable, well organised with the capability to think on their feet, who has excellent written and spoken English. Rental Car industry practice is not required, however, a professional can do attitude is. You will hold a full drivers licence and be comfortable driving a variety of vehicles (manual and automatic) from small hatchbacks through to 12 seat minibuses. The capability to manoeuvre vehicles in tight spaces is essential. This is a full time position and candidates should be available to work on a rotating roster basis including weekends and public holidays.
