We are a company that genuinely cares for our staff. We do our best try to foster good team spirit amongst our valued pickers. We have regular pizza days, among other things, and do what we can to make the working day a positive one! Our harvest season usually runs from mid-March 2022 until approx. mid-June 2022, on kiwifruit orchards in the wider Te Puke area. Hours & days vary depending on the weather, but can be anytime Monday - Sunday between 7am & 6pm. (We are flexible, so please talk to us about your availcapability). No practice required, but we do require you to have a great attitude and capability to contribute & work hard as part of a team! This is a very physical job, so a reasonable level of fitness is a definite requirement, as is having the legal right to work in NZ, your own reliable transport and a working NZ mobile phone. You will also need to have Identification, an IRD Number and a NZ Bank Account. Your pay will go in weekly on a Wednesday, and you will receive your payslip by email each week.
