Job Offer: Senior Advisor, Workforce Attraction, Retention and Mobilisation:Public Service CommissionJob description:Job DescriptionTe Kawa Mataaho Public Service Commission leads the public sector to make a positive difference for New Zealand and New Zealanders.The purpose of the Workforce Attraction, Recruitment and Mobilisation team (WARM) is to design, build and implement a workforce mobility systems and processes that enables ease of movement across the Public Service and strengthens the attraction, recruitment, retention, and deployment of public servants. In this function, you'll be responsible for: » Providing strategic HR, recruitment, and change management advice to WARM's policy work programme, along with appropriate advice to the wider Workforce, Employment Relations and Equity (WERE) work programme, and the Public Service Careers digital work programme » Undertaking Hub day-to-day work required to support system level deployment » Leading the relationship with the Recruitment Community of Practice We are seeking for Somebody with: » An knowledge or availability to lgain about the cross-system function of the Public Service Commission, with skills in building networks » practice developing guidance, presentations and products that articulate and translate narratives and HR/employment policy » practice in organisational change and transitioning employees If you would like to discuss this function, Contact Us by Jane.Paterson@publicservice.govt.nz We believe in a diverse and inclusive Public Service which reflects the communities that we serve.
