Dispatch / Production AssistantLocation Manukau & East AucklandAuckland Job type Full Time Salary 21 to 21 Category Manufacturing/Operations > Packers & Fillers » » » We are currently seeking several production assistants for one of New Zealand's largest food processing companies which has a brand new facility and state of the art automated technology. This role is for an immediate start. This role requires candidates for both morning and afternoon shift to assist with processing all the final food products and preparing them for dispatch . This requires candidates who are extremely computer literate with good math and communication skills to complete basic data entry and pick packing. The ideal candidate will: » Be computer literate (Ideally with SAP skills but not essential. » Be physically able to lift and stand for extended periods. » Have a high regard for health and safety » Have reliable transport to site in Manukau » Work well individually and as part of a team There are 2x shifts available. The day shift operates from 6am-2:30pm and the afternoon shift operates from 2:00pm-10.00pm, candidates are required to be flexible as some weekend work may be required. Previous production or FMCG experience will be advantageous but not essential.
