Full-time position candidates must be available to work 5 days a week shift varies between 6:15 am to 7 pm on weekdays and Sunday between 8 am to 4 pm. The prosperous candidates for cafe adjunct should have: Barista skill with a minimum of 1-year practice and basic latte art (For barista position) Team Player & Time Management expertise Chatty Outgoing Friendly Personality Initiative, enthusiasm, and drive Excellent communication and selling expertise Flexibility around working hours Ambition, commitment to the function and a love of the service industry Full training will be given for the above positions which involve both in-store and online training.
