Founded over 20 years ago with a team of 60 in the company, they truly care about their employees and ensuring a good work culture and work satisfaction. They do monthly drinks and lunches as well as offering free flu jabs, Southern Cross Health insurance and EAP. The function The main responsibilities of this function is to provide support to customers, answering any enquiries and technical Payroll questions and training new clients on the use of the system. You will be working alongside the Manager to set goals for the team and making sure all runs smoothly. You’ll be in a team of 4 and they are looking for someone to come into a leadership abilities function – being the glue for the team. Reporting to the National Delivery Manager in Wellington. About You You will have previous practice and expertise with Payroll procedures and practice as well as having a strong customer focus. You will have strong communication and tech expertise whilst still having a availability to lgain new things. You will also have the right to work in NZ.
