This dynamic, small team facilitates online learning within this specialized industry through an in-house e-learning platform. We are seeking for someone to join this team as the first point of contact, specifically supporting this system.
About The function
We are seeking for a mindful individual, with a natural, customer-centric approach to;
   » provide first/second-level technical support to all users
   » troubleshooting over the phone
   » ticket management
   » ensuring up-to-date content is functional for users
   » database management
About You
If you are looking for an opportunity to take on more responsibility, as solo charge supporting a learning management system, then this could be the function for you.
We are seeking for Somebody with;
   » 2 years minimum practice on a helpdesk or service desk
   » practice working with CRMs and on Microsoft Systems
   » Natural high performers with strong people/customer service expertise
   » The capability to adapt to shifting priorities
   » Self-direction when managing their own workload
   » Interest in development could be beneficial for future personal progression
