They are now seeking to appoint an practiced project manager to front the build programme working with client side PM's for multiple housing projects, mostly Kainga Ora as their key client. Reporting to a PM, your key accountabilities are: » Management of the enstire project from planning through completion Manage the full project operation from project methodology and buildcapability through to completion » Monitoring of all processes in order to ensure the highest quality of work is produced, plus ensuring site staff are well mentored » Stakeholder management, Sub contractor management, supplier management and staff management Key background for this function requires: » 10+ years practice in the multi residential/commercial construction/building industry in NZ with a trade background » practice across $10M+ commercial construction projects or multi unit housing construction plus subdivisional practice for housing developments would be beneficial » Solid leadership abilities capability and capability to mentor and manage SM's » Strong organisational and time management expertise as well as strong problem solving capability » Well experiened in prosperously managing a programme using software and working in with QS's to manage financial returns » Health and Safety leadership abilities Remuneration - $130K - $150K + vehicle pending practice For more information, please call Matt on 027 5544064 or email your details to matt.shortt@beyond.co.nz .
