We are currently seeking a Commercial Property Manager for a three-month contract located in Auckland, CBD post level 4/3 lockdown.

You will be responsible for managing the diverse commercial property portfolio, identifying, negotiating, and taking the appropriate action to record all appropriate lease events, rent reviews, sub tenancy agreements, inspections, notices to ensure compliance with all occupancy agreements.

You will also be responsible for providing specialist property advice and support to the Facilities team members and management.
To be prosperous in this function you will need to possess excellent communication and relationship building expertise, can deal with people from all walks of life and you will need to have a strong background and practice in Commercial Property Management and Contract management. As this is a three-month contract you will need to be able to hit the ground running.
Transport will be provided in the form of a pool car to ensure you are able to travel from site to site, hence a valid driver's license is essential.
