Who is Wilderness?
Wilderness is an NZ owned family company that has been a leader in tourism for the past 17 years. We not only rent motorhomes to locals and international visitors but we also sell motorhomes to discerning Kiwis. For the past ten years, we have been the exclusive New Zealand distributor of some of Germany’s top motorhome brands. 
We enable our customers to create remarkable memories by getting out and exploring their country in a premium European motorhome. But it’s not just about the motorhome. Our team is committed to delivering outstanding customer practice and going beyond expectations. 
Over the past two years, while our international borders have been closed, we have used the opportunity to refresh, redesign, and reinvigorate the business. What will you do?
As a customer service consultant (aka adventure support consultant), you will be responsible for setting our guests off on a truly remarkable holiday - one that they'll always remember. You will blow them away with your warm Kiwi welcome and put to rest any concerns they have about using our premium motorhomes. You will take time to get to know them and their aspirations and share your local knowledge with them. 
 
  What we need from you
   » A passion for NZ travel and some practice exploring our country
   » A strong track record of building relationships with people from all walks of life
   » Strong communication expertise, especially listening and knowledge people's needs and wants
   » A commitment to provide exceptional service, whatever Information technology takes
   » An openness to continually lgain and improve
   » Confidence with and availability to lgain the technical side of how motorhomes work and master digital tools
   » Availcapability to work weekends (8 am - 5 pm)
   » Current full driver’s license, capability to drive a motorhome, and eagerness to take a motorhome holiday
