Skills & Attributes: » Experience within NZ vertical construction » 2-3 years Quantity Surveyor experience » Proven experience in commercial construction » Ability to work autonomously and within a team » Knowledge of construction materials » Strong verbal and written communication Responsibilities of the role: » Support Construction and Project Managers » Administration of site trades and subcontractors » Understanding of the New Zealand Building Code, Health and Safety at Work Act, other relevant acts, regulations, and codes, and their application to the building and construction process » Assist with Reporting and Financial acumen to ensure projects run on-time and within budgets » Promote job safety and company culture » Ensure QA is completed to meet specifications We seek to attract and retain a diverse and productive workforce that can embrace future challenges and opportunities.
