Inventory & Stores CoordinatorJob location:Bay of Plenty Tauranga Work Type: Temporary » » » • National food manufacturer; engineering team; parts/inventory administrator • 8-week temp function, likely to go perm. Immediate start. • $28-33 per hour temp rate, approx. $65K if Information technology goes perm The Company Work for one of NZ’s largest seafood companies. This team operate local farms and processing facilities in the North Island. New Zealand shellfish is renowned as being top quality; the ethos of this business embodies that; with state-of-the-art processing & robotics in the operations facility they deliver fresh quality product daily. The Job this function is located in the engineering team and is responsible for looking after parts and inventory. . This is a full-time temp function for 8 weeks, however there is the opportunity for Information technology to turn into a permanent function for the right person. We’re looking for someone to start immediately. The job will include: • Processing all purchase orders. • Managing stock volumes in the ERP system, stock takes, reporting, ordering, and planning for outstanding stock. • Liaising with suppliers for delivery of material and stock control. • Analyzing data; running reports on stock levels, forecasting, utilization and reporting. The Ideal Person The right person for this job will be super organized, be good meeting deadlines and have amazing attention to detail. You will also have really good communication expertise, keeping everyone informed if delays occur and enjoy working with all sorts of different people.
