The Training Lead will be responsible for the delivery of systems and process training relating to the results of the Forestry Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS) Transformation Programme, as well as the design and development of the elements required to deliver training to Te Uru R?kau – New Zealand Forest Service staff and participants in the scheme. As part of your function, you will design, develop, and re-imagine solutions using a range of learning methodologies, including virtual and in-person workshops, eLearning, video, course pages, job aids, simulations, and learning campaigns. You'll also assess the need for any other educational requirements about the Forestry ETS and deliver a curriculum and instructional content, materials, resources, and processes that meet those needs and deliver value to staff, participants, and the industry.
