Once again Wellington Sculpture Trust, in association with Wellington City Council, will hold PARK(ing) Day on Saturday 4March 2023 .
Are you an artist, actor, performer? Do you have an issue you want to engage with the public about?
We're looking for creativeproposalsfor temporary installationsto occupy an inner-city car park for one day. They should be accessible; enliven our cityscape; provoke reflection about how we use public space; and encourage interaction and engagement.
PARK(ing) Day's mission is to generate debate around how public space is created and allocated,calling attention to the need for more urban open space andimproving the quality of the urban human habitat?at least until the meter runs out!

prosperous candidateswill receive $500 towards costs, and there are also two $500 awards available for theJudge's Choice and People's Choice winners.
Proposals are due Friday 13January 2023.
