Our network of 14 libraries and seven community centres provides opportunities for individual and community development and engagement through a variety of resources, skills, services, events and programmes every day. Our spaces are ‘people places’ and among the most visited in Wellington by a diverse mix of the community. Alongside another existing development advisor function, you will be contributing to the creation of an overall development framework for our diverse staff to build confidence and capcapability in step with future focussed service development. The capability to positively influence, inspire and engage others with your knowledge, skills and practice is essential. Promoting our services as culturally inclusive and responsive is something that you will be really excited about in this function!
