They continue to think positive and have a strong programme of work with contracts for premium tenants of high-rise office fitout and refurbishments. They are a growing team led by spirited and entrepreneurial management. This is a company that is leading the way and offers a secure function within an enjoyable team working environment. Due to internal reorganizational changes, a new function is being created to support the Director who will be focussing on other areas of the business. As a result, they now need an aspiring Senior QS that can step into a management function to lead and manage a team of QS's and be responsible for both the estimating and overall cost management of projects.
