Our culturally driven organisation is growing their team and looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their dynamic team. This would require the ability to work with a unique, wh?nau first, tikanga based, wellbeing approach organisation. Their organisation was established to support the increased holistic wellbeing of M?ori and Pacific Peoples in Hamilton and the surrounding areas. You would need proven Knowledge, Skills, Experience, Attributes, and Qualifications within the HR Manager area. You will be a person who has a great attitude, integrity and professional pride. You must have: ? Necessary management, HR and kaupapa M?ori knowledge and skill to lead the team in a strengths-based manner so they fully understand kaupapa M?ori practices, all service requirements, and organisational expectations. This is so the service is clear about leading the delivery of culturally appropriate and safe practices for whanaunga and/or other stakeholders. ? Stamina, confidence and adaptability to carry out duties to a high professional standard. ? Detail oriented and highly organised. ? Excellent negotiation skills. ? Excellent time management skills. ? Proven skill in leading in a strengths-based manner. ? Ability to role model supportive and strengths-based communications. ? Well-developed networks across the HR sector and positive relationships internally. ? At least 5 years HR experience. ? At least three years' relevant experience in Management or HR leadership roles. ? Professional level of HR knowledge. ? Highly knowledgeable and understanding of HR systems, Employment Law, Legislation, Health and Safety. ? Excellent report writing skills. ? A high level of knowledge and skill to input, extract, interpret and analyse data to report on and inform service delivery. ? Critical thinking skills to assess, evaluate and make decisions. Attributes and Qualifications: ? Working knowledge and history of achievement in integrating te ao M?ori practices into professional practices. ? Ability to work outside normal hours as required. ? A Min of at least 2 years HR Resources Management experience. ? Commitment to continued professional development and self-reflection of own practices and ability, and support kaimahi to do the same. ? Ability and aptitude to work with others to achieve the annual and strategic goals of the orginisation. ? Ability to create an environment where people can learn from mistakes in a supportive and safe manner. ? A compassionate disposition. ?
