The team at Youth Arts New Zealand (YANZ) is seeking a passionate and values-driven team member to join us as Project Manager of our Te K?hui Creative Writing Programme!Te K?hui is a creative writing programme dedicated to providing equitable and accessible creative opportunities for young people to express themselves. located in T?maki Makaurau Auckland, you will be working with both our Te K?hui team and YANZ team to manage and supervise all aspects of the Te K?hui programme. This will include cultivating and managing relationships with other communities, supporting our project facilitators/delivery of programmes, and superviseing Te K?hui strategy to ensure our commitment to meeting the diverse needs of rangatahi is upheld. This special addition to the team would be joining us on a fixed term contract for 32 hours each week - at a rate of $35 per hour. this function could be perfect for you if you have ? » practice managing teams and/or projects, or practice in significant fields; » At least a basic level of youth development practice/knowledge; » A commitment to cultural competency and the empowerment of Indigenous knowledge-systems within the work you carry out.
