With ACC, you’ll be supporting people in Aotearoa to stay safe by minimising the incidence and impact of injury, as well as helping them recover from injury if an accident does happen. The Incentive agent function sits within the Business Incentives team and is primarily responsible for servicing, improving, and supporting the analysis of incentives products designed to increase health and safety in New Zealand workplaces. An important factor of this function is ensuring data accuracy and corrections are processed to a high level.
To be prosperous in the function, you will need to demonstrate the following:
   » Have proven practice in data analysis
   » Utilise a continuous-improvement mindset
   » Display great attention to detail
   » Enjoy checking accuracy for customer invoices, claim costs and levy codes
   » Be passionate about delivering a great customer practice
