The purpose of this function is to take ownership of the testing landscape for Insurance and building test frameworks and recommending improvements. this function will also mentor the Test Analysts team. About the Team: A small team within the Insurances business of this organisation, reporting to a dedicated People Leader who builds a create culture within the environment. They have a flexible working arrangement, they have knowledge sharing sessions, and also shared lunches.
