We are seeking a dynamic and organized Clubs and Events Coordinator to join our client's team. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing various club events that engage the student community. If you are passionate about creating events and have a knack for organization and communication, we want to hear from you! This role will be approx. 40 hours per week! Monday to Friday work, but flexibility is required based on event demands. This is a temporary position that could potentially go into a permanent position. The role: -Support clubs with grant applications -Perform event tasks so that events are managed and delivered effectively -Follow processes to maintain club records (contact information, banking, and governance documentation) -Report and provide feedback as required on any club affiliations, memberships, and grants -Provide content for the association's newsletter and other communication with students -Follow policies and procedures To be a successful applicant: -Experience in coordinating events -Strong relationship-building, influencing and interpersonal skills -Excellent time management and organisation skills -Problem-solving skills and the ability to react quickly to changing circumstances -Full and valid NZ driver's licence If you are a motivated individual with a passion for planning and executing events, we'd love to hear from you.
