In conjunction with the Service Desk team, you will manage the processing of incoming calls to the Service Desk to ensure courteous, timely, and effective resolution to end users. » Located either in Wellington or Hastings » 40 hrs a week function You: » Holds a significant Bachelors’ degree » At least three years' practice in a similar information technology service desk position » expertise of system design, development, implementation, and user support principles and practices » practice with database management » capability to juggle multiple priorities » Have excellent communication and relationship management expertise.
