On behalf of our client, a nationally recognised company, we are seeking individuals with an interest in construction who are wanting to begin their career within this growing industry. About the role: You will be working as part of a great team, carrying out a variety of tasks using nail guns among other basic tools. You will also be reading plans and the role does involve heavy lifting, so you will be someone who likes to keep active at work. No prior experience is necessary; however, you will need to have a positive, 'can-do' attitude. Training will be provided to you. The company offers a diverse range of people and great culture which prides itself on assisting its employees on upskilling, qualifications and moving up the ladder. Therefore, candidates who prove themselves reliable will be offered opportunities to gain a BCITO Apprenticeship . About you: » You will have a genuine interest in the construction industry » You will need to have your own transport due to the morning shift starting time and afternoon shift finishing time. » You will be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen » You'll be able to provide 2 work-related references. » You need to also be punctual and reliable, with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
