But more than just a theatre company, we are a full producing house. This means everything you see on stage is made by our brilliant team, and every exceptional team needs a great leader. We are seeking for that leader!The Production Manager is a project manager extraordinaire, great problem solver, and the glue that holds our magnificent productions together, ensuring that the team can be the best they can be. The hours are 40 per week, but some flexibility will be required - particularly when the show must go on, and of course, a wheel has come a little loose or fallen off! You will be the person with the wheel under one arm and the spanner in your other hand! Ideally you will have a performing arts/theatre background, but if you are a suitably practiced project manager with good risk management under your belt, then this position could appeal to you. You will be supported by a professional and practiced team who know what quality theatre looks like. You will have a mature demeanour and cope well with artistic passion and temperaments, with huge empathy for actors and creatives. Microsoft Office products are a must so if you are rusty on Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams, you will need to upskill quickly, and we can provide that support.
