As an integral part of a small, family friendly and talented team, you will use your wide ranging administrative expertise and innovative ideas to assist the manager, musicians and trustees with everything from big-picture planning and branding, marketing campaigns and audience surveys to concert logistics and database/website management. You will use your excellent interpersonal and communication expertise to contact with a myriad of external contractors (e.g. venue staff/technicians, piano tuners/movers, caterers, photographers, composers, advertising agents, ticketing agents) as well as take minutes at trustees' meetings and assist with e-comms and copywriting. In addition to your generalist administrative expertise and practice you will need to have a good grasp of social media advertising, CRM database maintenance (Mailchimp) as well as Photoshop and website management. Basic video editing capabilities are also desirable. The position would suit someone who is happy to work in the house and, when required, has the flexibility to attend evening/afternoon meetings and concerts, mostly in Auckland but sometimes elsewhere in Aotearoa New Zealand.
